The White Light-Up Petticoat is our layered white tulle underskirt for girls in sizes 2-3 to 7-8, with dozens of tiny warm white lights running along the layers from the waistband down. It lifts any princess dress into a full bell and glows softly through the skirt, and the lights run on watch batteries.
