Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. Any active promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events). Princess Inspired is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Time-Sensitive Events

We understand that many of our costumes are purchased for specific occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and themed events. However, Princess Inspired is not responsible if an order does not arrive in time for a particular event. We encourage customers to order well in advance and select an appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
