Our costumes generally run true to standard children's sizing. However, because every child is different, we always recommend checking the specific measurements listed on each product page rather than relying on age alone.

For exchanges due to sizing, we're happy to help. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend hand washing to protect delicate details like sequins, tulle, and lace. If you must machine wash, use a gentle cycle with cold water inside a mesh laundry bag, and never use a dryer.
Use a steamer on a low setting, holding it a few inches away from the fabric. Avoid pressing a hot iron directly onto the dress, as it can damage tulle, satin, and embellishments.
Store the costume on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, a breathable garment bag will help protect it from dust and keep it looking its best.
