Sizing & Fit

How do I choose her size?

Check the garment measurements in the Size & fit chart on her chosen dress page, along with that style’s fit notes. You can also find all dress charts and measuring guidance in our size guide. If you need help, send us the dress name, her measurements, and usual clothing size.

Do the dresses run big or small?

Fit varies by style. Read the fit notes on the dress you’re considering and ask us if anything is unclear. The age label alone does not guarantee a fit.

What if she's between sizes?

Do not automatically size up. Send us the style and her measurements so we can help you review the available fit information. Some styles are already roomy.

Will it last more than one season?

Choose a size she can comfortably wear now. Growth and fit vary, so we cannot promise how long a particular size will fit.

Shipping

How fast will it arrive?

Each dress page lists its own processing time, since some styles are ready to go and others take a little longer to prepare. Once your order leaves our shop in Orlando, Florida, a tracking number lands in your inbox. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout, and if it's for a specific date, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can make it.

Is shipping free?

U.S. economy shipping is free on orders $74.99 and up. For orders below that threshold, and for express service, the applicable options and cost appear at checkout. See shipping details.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. For now we ship within the United States only. If you're somewhere else and have your heart set on a dress, send us a message and we'll let you know when that changes.

Can I track my order?

Always. Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves, and the link in that email works any time you want to check on it.

Returns & Exchanges

What if it doesn't fit?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary sale and promotional-price items qualify; items explicitly marked Final Sale and gift cards do not. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and original packaging. Customers pay postage for sizing and change-of-mind returns. Read the full policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@princessinspired.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Wait for approval and the return instructions before shipping. Customers pay return postage. To change sizes, return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection; your bank may take longer to post them.

Can I return part of a bundle?

A bundle return must include all supplied pieces, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If one piece has a problem, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next step.

Care & Quality

Is it comfortable enough for all-day play?

Check the materials and construction details on the individual dress page. If she is sensitive to particular fabrics or trims, ask us about that style before ordering.

How do I wash it?

Follow the care instructions supplied with your specific dress. Fabrics, trims, and any light-up elements can need different care. Contact us with the style name if you need its instructions before washing or steaming.

Will the sequins and embroidery hold up?

Handle decorated areas gently and follow the garment’s care instructions. Avoid pulling on embroidery or trims. Contact us if a decoration arrives damaged.

Bundles & Accessories

What's in each bundle?

Each dress offers its own bundle choices. Choose an option to see its price and included pieces. Some styles offer two choices; others also offer a Complete Outfit or Complete Set. Accessories shown in styled photos are included only when named in the selected option.

Can I buy the accessories on their own?

Some, yes. If you don't see the piece you want listed separately, message us and we'll tell you whether we can.

Do the accessories fit the same age range as the dress?

Petticoats come in the same sizes as the dresses, and capes come in S, M and L. Accessory sets like tiaras and gloves are one size, made with our older girls in mind, so on the smallest 2–3 sizes some pieces may run a touch roomy. Not sure? Message us and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.

Yes, Sweet Fashion Princess on Etsy and Princess Inspired are the same shop. You’ll find the same dresses and customer support here.

Can I see more photos, or the dress on a real child?

Ask us. We have more photos, videos and customer reviews than fit on a page, and we're happy to send them before you decide. Our mannequin photos show the exact dress you'll receive, so what you see is what arrives.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a note?

Not right now. Every order is packed with care, though, and if it's a gift, let us know in the order notes.
