We recommend measuring your child's chest, waist, and height, then comparing those measurements to our size chart on each product listing. If your child falls between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit—especially if you'd like room for layering underneath.
Our costumes generally run true to standard children's sizing. However, because every child is different, we always recommend checking the specific measurements listed on each product page rather than relying on age alone.
If the size isn't quite right, don't worry! Please see our Returns & Exchanges section for details on how to swap for a different size.
Many of our dresses feature elastic waistbands, adjustable ties, or lace-up backs to allow some flexibility in fit. Check the product description for details on each specific design.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually arrives in 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll work with you to make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Absolutely! If you need a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
For exchanges due to sizing, we're happy to help. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent, then laying flat to dry. This helps preserve the fabric, embellishments, and overall shape of the dress.
We strongly recommend hand washing to protect delicate details like sequins, tulle, and lace. If you must machine wash, use a gentle cycle with cold water inside a mesh laundry bag, and never use a dryer.
Use a steamer on a low setting, holding it a few inches away from the fabric. Avoid pressing a hot iron directly onto the dress, as it can damage tulle, satin, and embellishments.
Store the costume on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, a breathable garment bag will help protect it from dust and keep it looking its best.
